The Why
The culture of Sun Communities organically produces and inspires culture champions throughout the organization at all levels. These are people worth celebrating, and Sun is always looking for new ways to recognize the individuals who put their culture into action.
The What
We developed a concept for a series of six videos designed for social distribution; each featuring one Culture Champion Story. The company is spread across hundreds of locations across North America. Therefore, the key production challenges became logistics and scope.
The How
Utilizing a fully remote production plan and visuals created from archival photos, we were able to create all six videos without any travel or on-site production.
