Epic Culture - Episode 07 Employer Brand Done Right

How do you execute an effective Employer Brand strategy?  Find out in the latest episode of the Epic Culture Podcast:

According to Mike Dwyer, a career Talent Acquisition professional, "Employer Brand Done Right" results in a steady flow of relevant candidates who fit the culture and workforce that is engaged and proud of the organization they work for.  Of course, none of this happens overnight and there are different starting points that companies find themselves in that result in a different strategy and approach.

However, regardless of the starting point, a few key ingredients have led to consistent success.  Focusing on the voice of the employee is an effective way to communicate to today's audience, who is seeking authenticity and relatability.  But the culture needs to be in a healthy place for this approach to be successful and the message of the culture needs to be consistently communicated throughout the company.

Most of all, the leadership of the compnay must be aligned on what the definition of the culture is, or in some cases, what the vision for a reformed culture wants to look like.  When the message comes down from the top in a consistent and sincere way, the culture has momentum that trickles down and projects outward organically.  When you add a strategic messaging plan to that type of foundation, you are on your way to creating an Employer Brand that is done right.

Epic Culture exists to inspire champions of culture. We believe that purpose-driven people in influential organizations can make a positive impact in the world and by telling their stories, so can we.
